    The Logging Automation for Gate-entry Data Acquisition (LAGDA) collects and processes your personal information and vehicle documents for the sole purpose of campus gate-entry management, vehicle registration verification, and access control.

    • Processing your vehicle registration or renewal application
    • Verifying vehicle ownership and documentation
    • Facilitating gate-entry access through QR code verification
    • Monitoring campus entry compliance for authorized vehicles

    Data Protection. Your personal data and documents are protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures are in place to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

    Data Retention & Non-Disclosure. Your information will be retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. It will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for purposes other than those described above.
